My Review of The Play Day Red Fish Bubble Blowing Machine Toy
My kids love playing with bubbles. However, it always turns into a mess. Either with them frustrated that they can’t blow the bubbles or me tired of just sitting there blowing bubbles. Hey, I’m not perfect. There are a lot of things I enjoy doing with my kiddos. However, sitting blowing bubbles does not make that list. Anywhoo like any mom would; I was searching for a solution to this little problem. Hopefully, before they grow out of this stage, which I am sure would be soon after this solution! That being said, I stumbled upon this Play Day Red Fish Bubble Blowing Machine Toy, and both my hubby and I love it!
Here is my review of it. Let me first say. I am NOT paid to write this. This review is based on a purchase I made with my money.
The Pros:
- Lots and lots of bubbles every second
- Easy to clean and operate
- Lots of fun and the kids love it!
- I can now sit back and watch them have fun
- Very reasonable price at Walmart, $12.88 (If you need to get it at Amazon, here is the link)
- Includes one small bottle of solution (enough for the first go)
The Cons:
- It needs to be refilled after about 20-25 minutes (I timed it)
- You need to use a screwdriver from a precision tool set like this. Both the 1.5 and 2.0 screwdriver tips work well. (We already owned one, they are VERY useful to have on hand)
- You have to empty and dry after use to preserve. ( I don’t see it as an issue, but just in case it seems like a lot of unnecessary work for you )
- It uses 6 AA batteries, with none included
- You need to make or buy a solution for it.
We will be having lots of fun with this for the rest of spring and through the coming summer months. Aaahh, I just love it when I find something to occupy, ahem, entertain the kiddos. lol
I think it’s a great buy for the kids. And if you do, I wish lots of great fun for you and the littles!
Until next post,
Nicole.
